Reconversion of a 19th century rowhouse into a single family habitat (design 2010 – completion 2013)
The main idea for this habitat was to use the advantage of the irregular shape of the plot. The long entrance hallway has been converted into an entrance room.
The staircase also became part of a ‘vertical room’, extending into the living spaces on the first and second floor by opening up the wall between staircase and rooms.
In a second phase, an extension with living rooms on the ground floor will be added in relation to the garden.
